We're searching for a licensed Realtor who is ready to level up - in their first 1-2 years of full-time real estate who has experienced some early success but knows they haven't scratched the surface yet. You're tired of being a solo agent with no support. You're looking for a system, a community and a real path forward. Maybe you came from another industry, are comfortable with tech or have a corporate background and are looking to accelerate your real estate career. You’re based in Northern New Jersey, willing to be fully present in our office twice a week, excited to master lead generation, engaged in our virtual community the rest of the time and absolutely committed to serving clients at the highest level across the entire northern region of the state.

What You’ll Do:
Converting team-generated leads and your own pipeline into transactions.
Running sophisticated needs analyses so clients make data-driven offers.
Owning transactions end-to-end - contracts, inspections, walkthroughs, mortgage/CO coordination, attorney communication, closing, reviews, follow-up.
Building genuine expertise in local market dynamics, financing and the economic forces that shape homeownership decisions.
Creating vendor relationships that make clients feel like they're getting white-glove service, generating referrals and repeat business through exceptional client experiences.
Consistently utilizing NCH's proprietary tracking systems, FUB, YLOPO, Dotloop and AI tools to work smarter.
Starting gross commission range depends on you doing the activities: $50K-$100K annually with clear trajectory upward as you build your business and team.
